 At Sanjay Brothers & Perfumers, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Please read the following policies carefully:


General Policy

  • As our products are luxury perfumes, once opened or used, they cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, items cannot be returned after delivery.

  • Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Any damage resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application is not covered under this policy.

  • This policy does not cover adverse reactions or sensitivities to specific ingredients. Customers are advised to conduct patch tests, as recommended on each product.


Refund Policy

  • Sanjay Brothers & Perfumers is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.

  • To claim refunds for missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video along with the original packaging is mandatory.

  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer care at +91-XXXXXXXXXX or email shop@sanjaybrothers.com with the necessary images and videos. Use the subject line: “Refund For [Order ID]”.

  • If a package is tampered, damaged, or defective, please refuse delivery from the courier at the time of receipt.

  • For orders marked as delivered but not received, contact customer care within 3 days of the delivery date. Refund claims after this period will not be accepted.

  • Refund amounts do not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable by courier partners.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 4–7 working days.

  • Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with the required documentation.

  • Once accepted, refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.

  • Transaction details and screenshots will be shared upon initiation of the refund.


Return Policy

  • In rare cases of damaged products due to transit (leakage, broken items, or missing items), a refund or exchange can be initiated after verification according to our refund policy.

  • Customers must contact our customer care within 24–48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouses only.

  • A gateway charge of 2.5% will apply for cancellations.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For prepaid orders returned after shipment, ₹75 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q2: Does the policy cover opened or used products?

  • No. This policy only covers damaged, broken, leaked, or missing items. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Orders can be cancelled directly via the checkout confirmation page within the first few hours of placing the order.
